Available courses

The DevelopAgame course takes students through every process of making a 2D platform game. Everything from content creation and world physics to mapping out the levels and exporting their game to share with friends. Student's will learn elements of project management, graphic design, game logic, and much more. Over five class sessions, students will become skilled in the art program Piskel and the game engine GDevelop 5, finishing the course with a fully working video game!

The Designabot course covers a broad range of digital design fields. It includes 2D graphic design, 3D modeling & animation, and video editing & compositing. It's perfect for learning how to navigate the two main visual design programs we use at Motif Class (GIMP & Blender). Over five class sessions students will complete their project of modeling, animating, and texturing a custom 3D robot. They'll add text and even an instrumental track to complete the animation.
